Foote Real Estate started in 2002.  Our first property was a 2 unit apartment building bought with a loan from Mom and Dad and a second loan from a family friend, Jim.   The loans had to be paid back in 5 weeks.  This is how it started… And when the fun began…

Today we are focused on purchasing mobile home communities, providing investor opportunities, and managing self-owned properties for our residents.

Our goals are:  1. Continuously acquire better properties  2. Provide solid investor opportunities  3. Provide excellent resident services
