Brokerage Division

Foote Real Estate’s Brokerage Division is in its early stages. Our principal owner has been a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson since 2004 and became a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker of Record in December 2014.  Our short term purpose for obtaining the broker title is to save money for our investors during transactions and enhance company marketing.  The future of the Brokerage Division will include hiring select licensed sales agents to rent/buy/sell property for company clients.
